My delicious vegan lemon cheesecake with a homemade strawberry sauce. This vegan recipe is pretty much the most amazing thing ever. Mostly because it tastes exactly like dairy cheesecake. And Andrew's dad, Dave (the anti-vegan), loves it. So, that's a winner in my book. :]
Next on my list: Cheese Danish, Mocha Cheesecake with chocolate drizzle, and an Oreo Cheesecake.
