Breakfast: 1/3 cup Ezekiel Golden Flax cereal with organic blueberries and 1/3 cup organic vanilla rice milk; organic decaf green tea
Lunch: Amy's quarter pounders with lots of raw spinach, some spicy mayo, ketchup, and horseradish mustard and unfortunately on a Rudi's "Wheat Bun"
Snack: Clif Bar
Work Out: We missed Kung Fu -- however, we stood for 3 hours at a concert. I don't think that counts though. :)
Dinner: Spicy Tempeh from Vcon with some alterations -- spicy spinach instead of broccoli rab and whole wheat penne
