Day 17: Vegan Chipotle Ranch Rules

Breakfast: 1/3 cup Ezekiel Golden Flax cereal with organic blueberries and 1/3 cup organic vanilla rice milk; organic decaf green tea

Lunch: A spinach salad with spicy tempeh strips and homemade vegan chipotle ranch; water
Snack: Banana
Work Out: 33 intense minutes on the exercise bike
Dinner: Vegan gyros with more vegan chipotle ranch, spinach, whole wheat pita, roma tomatoes, and chopped white onions; water

It was an all vegan chipotle ranch day. It was that good. More on that later.
